    I would like to know if there are new projects in Raanana ?

    Yes, there is a small number of project located close to the industrial area of Raanana. There projects today (Sep 2008) are near end of completion and highly priced.

    There are still 3 open area's that have yet to be developed, there are numerious discussion and activities in getting additional projects built in Raanana, especially when young couples are leaving Raanana for other cities due to the high cost of apartments.

    So I am sure that there will be additional projects in Raanana, but they will be rolling out slow in a controlled manner in order to keep the prices high.
